Toddler Tumble

This class will provide a playful, musical and physical educational experience for toddlers ages 2 & 3 years of age. Embrace your child's developing independence in an exciting atmosphere where they can climb, jump, play and safely explore. This hour long class will provide opportunities for singing, stretching, dancing, exploring, social interaction, sharing, taking turns, physical growth and an introduction to the FUNdamentals of tumbling!

Introduction to Tumbling (Target

This class is perfect for our young athletes just starting out. Focus will be on coordination and understanding of basic level 1 skills. This class will be fun! and led by instructors who specialize in nurturing young athletes.

Strength and Flexibility |
Class will focus on increasing mobility that is used in many different aspects of all star cheer. Flex is a key component to jumping, tumbling as well as all flyer body positions. Core strength as well as overall stability is needed for athletes to effectively use all gained flexibility.

OPEN GYM |
Open Gym – Capped at 20 Kids, 2-3 instructors
Age: 7+ Requirements: None – Strictly Open Gym Description: This one hour long Open Gym allows athletes to work on various skills and levels of tumbling. This Open Gym is instructor monitored but self-paced. |
LEVEL 1 |
LEVEL 1
Requirements: None – This is an entry level class. Description: This one hour and fifteen-minute-long class will focus on level 1 skills. Skills will include forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back bends and back walkovers/front walkovers. Each class will include time spent on all-star style jumps and strength and conditioning. |
LEVEL 2 |
LEVEL 2
Requirements: Athlete mastery of LEVEL 1 skills OR pending evaluation by ACA Staff Description: This one hour and fifteen-minute-long class will focus on standing and running back handsprings as well as back handspring form. Skills will include standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings as well as level 1 skills in combination with a back handspring (ex. front walkover through to round off back handspring). Each class will include time spent on all-star style jumps and strength and conditioning. |

Requirements: Athlete mastery of PREVIOUS LEVELS OR pending evaluation by ACA Staff Description: This one hour and fifteen-minute-long class will focus on back tucks as well as back tuck form. This class will also focus on front tucks/punch fronts. Skills will include round off back handspring back tucks, round off tucks in addition to punch fronts and combinations to back tuck (front walkover through to round off back handspring back tuck), as well as standing multiple back handsprings and jump back handsprings. Each class will include time spent on all-star style jumps and strength and conditioning. |

Requirements: Athlete mastery of PREVIOUS LEVELS OR pending evaluation by ACA Staff Description: This one hour and fifteen-minute-long class will focus on and work on skills including running layouts, layout form, as well as standing tumbling through to tucks and layouts, as well as standing tucks. Each class will include time spent on all-star style jumps and strength and conditioning. |
LEVEL 5+ |
LEVEL 5+
Requirements: Athlete mastery of PREVIOUS LEVELS OR pending evaluation by ACA Staff Description: This one hour and fifteen-minute-long class will focus on and work on skills including running fulls and double fulls as well as standing tumbling through to fulls and double fulls. Class will also work on combinations through to fulls and doubles. Each class will include time spent on all-star style jumps and strength and conditioning. |
